Title: wetter
Description: what do you think gets you wetter?

sfgam123 - June 14, 2006 10:12 PM (GMT)
I cant really think. The wave pool's a pool. But Skull Island has water canons ,a dunk tank, ect.

=ADMIN NOTE: Spelling Fixed.=

You know it really depends. If your dry, then obviously the wave pool, but if your already wet, then skull island because there's so many things that keep you wet and you never know what will hit you.

Jackluver19 - September 21, 2006 04:54 PM (GMT)
Skull Island has my vote

Great America - September 21, 2006 09:29 PM (GMT)
Wave pool of course, You swim in it and there are some occasions were you can go throught SI without getting to wet.

sixflagger3211 - September 22, 2006 12:16 AM (GMT)
Skull Island is the funniest thing in HH.

Jackluver19 - September 22, 2006 12:21 AM (GMT)
I love SI, it's so much but yet it bites too. I got a bruise on my elbow from one of the slides.

sixflagger3211 - September 22, 2006 12:47 AM (GMT)
One kid jumped rite in front of me when i was going down. The kid was a moron. He was like 5 though.

Jackluver19 - September 22, 2006 02:38 AM (GMT)
A lot of the rides bite me and I don't like that

Galvan316 - January 11, 2007 02:29 AM (GMT)
Bite you? huh?

sixflagger3211 - January 11, 2007 04:56 AM (GMT)
^lol. I agree. What the hell does that mean?

sfgam123 - February 13, 2007 10:23 PM (GMT)
well you could get wetter in Skull Island if you stand directly under the dunck tank.

Great America - February 14, 2007 12:22 AM (GMT)
Yea captain obvious, I cant wait untill HH opens again I was looking at the music thread on SFGAmWorld and I could hear the songs from HH playing in my head and specially when its 5 degrees out and theres 2 feet of snow!!

sfgam123 - February 14, 2007 12:23 AM (GMT)
I need HH to open. I need a life.

cycamps - December 17, 2007 01:14 AM (GMT)
The Wave Pool would get you wetter because you're completely submersed in water.

sfgam123 - December 24, 2007 03:02 PM (GMT)
What if your sitting in a tube?

Jackluver19 - February 16, 2009 05:13 AM (GMT)
I always get cuts when I go on the waterslides, just last year Wahoo the time it was open in August cut my knee, I call it bite you can call me weird I don't honestly care if you call me weird, I get called it every day of my life it's nothing new and different and Galvan I know you hate me because I'm annoying and such again don't really care if people feel like that towards me, it used to bother me but now it doesn't.

superbleachbrothers - February 16, 2009 01:31 PM (GMT)
Back in 2006, I remembered that the Wave Pool was wettest.

sfgam123 - December 24, 2009 03:46 PM (GMT)
Well there's also the times were ur sitting in the shallow parts or ur floating, and skull island there's the occasion were the unexpected bucket spills on you.

Tiki - December 27, 2009 12:47 AM (GMT)
Hi Everyone,

I am glad to see so many others enjoy Hurricane Harbor! I saw the post about the music. I had this list on another post, but here ( except for a few) is the list of music played at Hurricane Harbor:

=Please keep the music discussion in the HH Music thread. Thanks!=

Tiki - December 27, 2009 12:55 AM (GMT)
If you really want to get hurt, try the Tornado! Or get slammed elbows first into the rough stucco walls on the Lazy River. Those are "bites" you'll remember for a while.

amusementparknut - April 1, 2010 02:48 AM (GMT)
water rides: Roarin Rapids (I got drenched when a water cannon went off right nest to me) or Bucaneer Battle. Stay away from Logger's Run and Yankee Clipper if the line is more than 30 mins. and Water park Skull Island and the wave pool. But people you shouldnot be going into the pools dry its dirty disgusting and filthy. PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING AND POOL. ALSO PEOPLE THE POOL DECK IS NOT FOR CHANGING BABY DIAPERS

Mister_Twister - April 1, 2010 04:15 AM (GMT)
Honestly I can't believe how long this topic has stayed alive. It's a pool, the wave pool gets you wetter. Skull Island is more enjoyable, and you get splashed more. The only water ride I like inside the park is the Yankee Clipper. I can't stand being dry on the rapids only to have some douche with a jet of water hit me square in the face. Yankee doesn't get you that wet.

Tiki - April 1, 2010 04:56 PM (GMT)
It's still alive because it's about Hurricane Harbor! How could you not keep anything about Hurricane Harbor alive?

david - April 2, 2010 08:03 PM (GMT)
Actually, Hurricane Harbor is quite neglected at our park, so.

Tiki - April 2, 2010 10:33 PM (GMT)
Hurricane Harbor neglected? Say it ain't so!

Just because it's been 4 years since HH recieved any expansion does not mean it's neglected.

FYI: THIS is neglected. HH is just fine.

Tiki - April 5, 2010 08:48 PM (GMT)
Well it ain't neglected by me!
