Title: Close the "Hurricane Harbor" Forum?

jonrev - March 27, 2009 09:37 PM (GMT)
I've been debating this for months, and I almost closed it in the redesign last Winter, but now want to get everyone's input on it.

The Hurricane Harbor forum is dead. It has the lowest number of topics of any other forum (11), in the last 6 or so months it has had only a handful number of new posts, and the last new thread was made in July of last year.

The reason is mainly because there's nothing really new and interesting about SFHH to really discuss (last addition was 3 years ago with Tornado). I personally don't think that forum is necessary anymore, but I'll get your opinions first.

If the SFHH forum is axed, future discussion of the waterpark will be done in the "Six Flags Great America" forum.

Poll will end April 6.

It Appears that no one is posting on HH forums because many members don't talk about the park. (That was my guess.)

I don't know if it should removed completely. But personally I'm not a fan of HH so I never participated in any of the topics.

I can honestly remember only posting twice in the forum. Might as well merge it IMO.

Yeah mine as well just direct SFHH traffic into the SFGAm forum

I think you should wait till the summer months or atleast wait for a new attraction to hit the HH forums.

Right now, there isn't much to talk about there because there wasn't anything new since Tornado came in. But I am 100% sure if a new attraction would hit the forums, it would trigger off to more threads etc...

I think it's a done deal...
