I THINK DAT FELIX LIKES THIS CAR.

For some reason Felix got insanely popular in Japan in the 90s and into the 2000s. After seeing what they did with "Baby Felix" over there, IMO classic cartoons should never mix with Japanese Anime.

Why did they change Felix the Cat to Felix the MIRA?? WTF is MIRA!

I'm sure it means "Cat" in Japanese and they changed it to make sense. Kentucky Fried Chicken in Quebec Canada is called "Poulet Frit Kentucky", but is the same thing.

Even more bizarre, the copyright tag says 1988, same year as the Fiero.
