Title: Dells 5/30 and 5/31 Description:Fieros, Fieros, and an Avalanche

So as some of you know the other obsession for me is the Pontiac Fiero sports car. For the second year I drove my 88 Fiero Formula up for the all-Fiero show at the Chula Vista resort. Also decided to cram some rides on Avalanche in while I was there. Wasn't going to screw around with Mt. Olympus since I didn't have cash for parking (yes parking is now $5).
SATURDAY: Weather looked like crap Saturday morning but still managed to dodge most of the rain
Fueled up and 45 mins later it died near Madison. Started right back up after a few minutes and made it the rest of the way with no problems
...and what a place to break down near. LOL. I don't even want to know what a beer lube is.
Thanks to that I got there late. Crap.
Time to walk around!
Dells Run!
More Fieros!
Hooray for free stuff!
Time for the other obsession! Was going to do Mt. Olympus but didnt have cash for parking, so I settled for getting my ass kicked by Avalanche/Hellcat. It's rough as hell but still a great little ride! Thanks to a glitch in their computer I ended up with 7 rides for the price of 2!
The "Top Secret" fun house. Whatever it is it looks neat, might check it out one day.

SUNDAY: Breakfast/Awards/"Auction off the Decklid Vents" time:
...and be ready to cough up alotta dough. The family and I all walked in, sat down, looked at the menu, and ended up bailing out before we could order. The bowl of mashed potatoes was $11 and that was the cheapest thing. Steak and lobster was the cost of another night at the Chula Vista. Oops...
Time to head home, and here we are again. Might be time for an ignition module.
At least I broke down in a less bizarre place this time
Looking forward to next year! Timber Falls is a pretty decent park for what it is, the employees were friendly and it was somewhat clean. Might be back there for Mt. Olympus later this year.

That car reminds me of the batmobile from the Dark Knight. =)

Yeah they do look similar. It is a Fiero that has been (among a whole mess of modifications) rebodied to appear like a Lamborghini Countach.
