Title: SFGAM ZONE T-SHIRTS ARE COMING!
jonrev - July 30, 2009 02:27 AM (GMT)
I am working on a prototype T-Shirt design. Here's a preview!

Still working on a few things; things may or may not change.

I really like the shirt. Batman is my favorite ride so you got this right.

Here is the final design. I am looking for a different site to make the shirt, however. Zazzle is extremely pricey ($21 + shipping. No way!).

If I ever buy that shirt, I'll wear it for the 2010 opening day for GA or FF or whatever. I do wear XXL just for a notice.

That's a real cool shirt...I'm an XL!

I have a friend that has an embroidery machine, I might see if he would be willing to stitch the design into the shirts. It might be cheaper that way, and he does GREAT quality stuff!
He makes interior parts (shifter boots, re-covered sun visors, map pockets, headliners, sunroof glass bags, and more) for Fieros, Intrepids, Mustangs, and many other cars with embroidered logos, as well as t-shirts with any logo you like. I'll send him an email tomorrow.

I have some other projects to take care of first, but soon I will be testing a new method to do the T-shirts by hand, rather than through Cafepress or some other third-party site. They are simply too expensive.
I am going to experiment with using a big stencil, and simply spraypaint the graphic posted earlier (minus the "Six Flags Great America Zone" lettering, as it's simply too complex) to a blank t-shirt. The first test will be white graphic on black t-shirt.
If this works, then that means a whole new world of options, color mixes, and custom designs that I may be able to do. If I get the prototype done by OD I will be wearing it. Larger production would be available later in the month.
Stay tuned.

^ Have a new logo on the shirts?

You should put one of these on there

Digging up old topics. I sure hope something will come of this project. I wish I knew a good place to make shirts. I only know one: Mag Tag in Niles. The owner is a friend of mine. He does screen printing. Although now, they sell a T-Shirt screen printing machine for your PC at Hobby Lobby?

Any brands? Under Armour, Hanes, Halloway, Nike, or any other brands around for the shirts?

I say put a silhouette of a lemon chill vender on the back
