Good move by Cedar Fair; I think it's the last of its kind now.

Not even, that thing is on it's last limb as it is and moving can't help that. Also they're getting rid of their Screamin' Swing which was one of the best rides at Knott's and with Xcelerator being closed and Ghostrider being hit or miss they need something to fill that void of great flats (sure they've got riptide but the damn thing's been closed every time I've been there)

The only positive I see is that Cedar Fair is saving money, but obviously given Knott's new found reputation with Intamin rides (that are relatively new BTW) how are they going to be able to handle an old one?

I have seen the Demon Drop for a very long time. But I never rode on the ride. The Demon Drop's brothers have died by replacing them with new rides like Tony Hawk's Big Spin at SFOT. Its about time that DD goes to another park.

Well scratch that, it's going to Dorney Park now.
