The website no longer lists it as a themed area.

Also, at FF this year, I asked where Area 51 is, and a worker told me, "Where Bugs Bunny National Park used to be"

I said, "Used to be?"

She said, "Yeah It's being closed for erm. Fright Fest. For uh Fright Fest."

So i just shrugged it off. BUT! Dipper seems to work nicely in the area?
I don't really know that anyone would miss anything.

Makes sense... from what I have been told both Lodge and Climb were in poor structural condition.

If BBNP does leave, the question becomes what happens with the rest of it, since just the net climb alone is enough room for Dipper. I'm not entirely sure what is up with Lodge, but if it is bad enough to warrant removal, they could put a new kids flat there. I wouldn't mind seeing both BBNP and Camp updated at some point soon. IMO, the only quality rides between the two areas are Spacely's, Mystery Machine, and Looney Tooter. Camp Cartoon should be rethemed entirely, BBNP can just get newer rides and stay Looney Tunes.

Even more crazy, the rides for BBNP in the Kids' Rides Section on the SFGAm Site have also disappeared. I don't think that the ENTIRE Area will be gone. But since they have not built a ride there since BBNP first open. One of the Marriott rides is in BBNP. The ride looks like Bees with Hats. I would personal keep the Entire area including the rides and that stuff. Even those the abandon jungle thing above BBNP has been closed for long time, the area looks like a mass with it. IF LD comes into this area, there would be less space in between of the Gotham Games Building and BBNP. I think that the LD would be in the Splash area since there's more room.

^ AHH! I had in mind that it's possibly time for a mini-thomas town, and I think that would be able to fit nicely there. Is there any possibility that Chang could even slightly nudge in with the removal of a bit more?

In case you don't know yet, BBNP is staying. Little Dipper will take the place of the net climbs and slides that haven't been used for god knows how long. Its entrance will be on the Yukon midway. My Webpage

Unwanted to a teen crowd perhaps but perfect for small children.
