Well I finally got to the park. Had to get my passes, etc. Was killing time while our cars were being tuned up (My mechanic is right down the street) and had our cats at Banfield/Petsmart for their check ups.
It was nice and sunny, I kept looking for people who might be wearing a SFGAMZONE sticker, button, shirt. Didn't see any of you.
I sat in front of Hurricane Harbor enjoying the fountain. Some jerk left open/used ketchup packets laying all over the seating there. The employee's I encountered were all super friendly and helpful as always.
They were taking huge chunks of concrete out of HH through the gate that opens up to the parking lot near Tornado. They're doing something in there!!! I saw the new palm tree's in there too!!!
I actually have pictures, but by the time I figure out how to transfer them from my Blackberry to this site, we'll be in the 2015 season.
I have a Taco report, but the place is so bad, it doesn't deserve to be in a food catagory like the TACO area.
I went to what I thought was Scott's Hots on Grand Ave. just East of Almond. After waiting 12 hours for our food, I realized my nearly eight dollar half pound hamburger was one of those cheap, part hamburger, part beaks and claws type. And the only way it was a half pound is if you included the fries and drink in the measurement. Everything I wanted on the thing they left off, and everything I didn't want on it was there in abundance. And served cold and extra greasy! I don't know what the place is called now, but avoid it like grim death!
Other than that awful lunch, it was a great hour I spent at the park.
Actually getting the pictures off your BlackBerry is very easy, as that is my main camera. Just use the data cable that came with your Blackberry, connect it through USB, and get the pictures you want off of the Blackberry. Then, use a site like tinypic, or flickr, to upload your pictures and then IMG tag the links here.
Sounds complicated, but it really isn't!
I'll give it a try, but I can't promise anything. Thanks for the info.
