Title: One Year Later...

At 9:15 p.m. on March 25th, 2006, SFGAm Community was born. One year later, with an updated name and look, it has grown into one of the major SFGAm sites/forums.
I want to say Thank you everyone for your support for SFGAm Zone this past year. Without you, this little site probably wouldn't exist today.
Ok, enough of the emotional speech crap...
As a thank you for everyone's support for the site, I will open the chat room tonight at around 8:00-ish for that night only. The link to the chat room will be sent in a PM to everyone to prevent spammers from finding out about the chat.
I will be keeping the birthday banner up until April 1'st.

You know, it's sort of ironic how this site went from a simple site with a couple people to a major site. SPAMMERS. Were it not for early spammers who wished this site to hell, the people who posted here probably would never stick around. We all banded together to stop him/her/it, and therefore we kept posting.

Its one day late...but happy birthday!
You know....I have been on so may forum sites like this one and have posted as a very regular member...like I do here...but none of them have ever made me feel so welcome! Thanks guys!
As for the spam thing: It pissed me off, yeah...but that is when I actually started to become attached here...when I made that post about Jon being so dedicated and stuff. It was like a wake up call. It was like holy dude!!!!! But I haven't seen much of it lately, so thats good. And ya know, sometimes a site needs to grow on people. Former spammers and trouble makers who have put all that behind them: I thank them for making their decision to stop and start being friendly. I don't know how many there are...but the more the better. :D
