Batman: The Ride


When you first stroll through Bruce Wayne's Gotham City Park, it is a tranquil, nice place, until you get to the sewers, and up to the loading area. That is Batman's theme, and it's the best thing about Batman. Although if you see people in the park waiting in line, I suggest waiting a little bit. The ride itself is absoultley unbelieveable, a G-heavy fly through the woods, river, and the waiting area. It's even better at night. The ride never lets up and makes it hard to breathe, that's how fast it is. The only thing that keeps this from being SFGAm's best ride is that it is VERY short.

It may take a while for me to revisit Gotham City. The only outstanding part of Batman the Ride is the line. Themed very well, this area gets you pumped up for the actual ride. However, the ride is not all that it is cracked up to be. It is fun, but it lacks a complete thrill. I have been on it a total of four times. The first two were not bad, but not great either. It never sent much thrill through my bones, even on the loops. Then, last year, I decided to try it again. This time was different. The loops caused me to start blacking out and made me feel lightheaded afterward. I guess the 'Ol Bat just doesn't send me very far and after the last two rides, my former 6/10 has changed to a 4/10.

This ride is yet another awesome ride at the park. The line is themed, and the music is awesome, and the ride is great. Yes, the line has gone through some horrible changes, but what can you do? It doesn't mater though as in regards to the rating.

Welcome to Gotham City Park. As you walk through a little park you enter the sewers of Gotham city. That is where the bat cave is. And that’s where the fun starts. You enter the seats of the world 1st inverted coaster. With the 100’ lift, and the drop you loop then go up and take con a 3-4 G barrel role. Then go down only to meet an other loop. You twist and turn. One of the turns extends to part of the area where jesters wild ride is. Then you hit 2 corkscrews. After that you turn to the brakes, and its over.

This would be one of my lest favorites at SFGAm. I never really enjoyed this ride. It has awsome theming. It's just to short for me. I don't enjoy this ride at all.

This is my favorite roller coaster here at GA. I love how the ride never loses its speed until the end kind of like MF at Cedar Point. Very Insane ride. I think this ride is better than Raging Bull. 10/10
