Description: It's new trains, tunnels, and paint!

Basically, it's new trains for the X ride, and a new paint job with extra scenery.....

Pros:
I was never able to ride the original X because both times I was at MM, it was closed. The trains are supposed to make it open a lot more

New paint scheme still sucks, but it's better than before

Going through tunnels spinning in 4d at 70mph is great....

This could also mean SF will try to upgrade some more rides...Iron Wolf could be a way better ride with new trains and paint.

Cons:
10 mil for upgrades is really pricey...I used to think Shapiro was cheap, now for this he's just stupid. For 10 million bucks you could buy a decent coaster to replace Flashback and Psyclone (or you give reparations to anyone who rode Psyclone).

SF is probably going to try to market this as a new coaster anyway.

If anything, it shows SF still hasn't completely left thrill-seekers in the dust (at least not yet)

I understand why Six Flags is doing what they are doing. They believe high capacity on every ride is the only way now. They want new trains for this ride, and they want people to know that they spent a lot of money for those trains. So, they market it as a new ride, and hopefully trick people into coming back, and letting them try it again. I truly do understand that point.

I don't agree with the theory that they needed to add all this other stuff though. I also didn't think when I was there (2 years ago) that the paint was that bad. They should've bought the new trains, and put them on the ride. That's it. Case closed. They could've put some of that money into some other ride, and even gotten many new flats for that type of money in which they desperately need.

Why have tunnels if the ride itself is disorienting already. I don't see the reason.
